Payment Policy

I will provide proper documentation for patients to submit insurance claims. I prefer not to accept direct payments from insurance companies.

I expect to be paid at the completion of each visit. Credit cards are not accepted.

Acupuncture, Yoga, Alexander Technique and Qi Gong are charged separately.

You will be charged for visits cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
