Qi Gong

The exercises are easy to learn. Students report feeling their vital energy or qi move when they do the these exercises consistently. Qi Gong has many forms but all are designed to help move energy throughout meridian system.

I explain and demonstrate several suitable qi gongs and the student picks the one she thinks she will like the best.
